By accessing this website, booking a call, or attending any session offered by Family Excellence Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or book a call.
2. About This Website
This website is operated by Family Excellence Hub (Abhishek Srivastava, India). It provides information about our private one-to-one family coaching and allows interested individuals to book a discovery call.
3. Who Can Book
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a call or submit your information through this website. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. The Booking Process
Booking a call expresses your interest in working with us. It does not automatically guarantee a place in our private coaching. We reserve the right to confirm or decline any booking at our discretion, and to cancel or reschedule calls due to unforeseen circumstances. If your booking is confirmed, you will receive joining details by email and/or WhatsApp before the call.
5. Your Information and How We Use It
When you book, you provide personal information including your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and any context you choose to share. You agree that we may use this information to confirm your call and send joining details, personalise the conversation, send relevant follow-up information, and contact you about our coaching offerings where you have given consent. 6. Session Conduct and Confidentiality
Our calls and sessions are private. By attending, you agree to join from a quiet, private space, not to record, screenshot, or distribute any part of a session without our written permission, to treat all session content as confidential, and to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to end or decline a session where these standards are not met.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, video, session materials, frameworks, and methodologies is the intellectual property of Family Excellence Hub. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Not a Substitute for Professional Help
The content shared on this website and in our sessions is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological counselling, therapy, medical advice, or any licensed mental health treatment. If you or a family member are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately. 11. Email and WhatsApp Communication
By providing your email address and WhatsApp number when booking, you consent to receiving joining links, reminders, and session-related information through those channels. We will not send unsolicited promotional messages without your consent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
12. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your call using the link in your booking confirmation. We ask for reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to another family. We may also reschedule a call where necessary and will give you as much notice as possible.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
