Family Excellence Hub · Effective 17 May 2026 · Last updated 14 August 2026

At Family Excellence Hub, your privacy, dignity, and personal truth are treated as sacred. We uphold the strictest level of confidentiality in every client engagement. This commitment is not only professional — it is ethical and personal.

Data Fiduciary

Family Excellence Hub (operated by Abhishek Srivastava, India) is the Data Fiduciary responsible for personal data collected through this website, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). For any privacy concern, write to connect@familyexcellencehub.com.

Personal Data We Collect

When you book a one-to-one call or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, time zone, and any answers or message you choose to share when scheduling. Bookings are handled through Calendly, which collects this information on our behalf. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, along with Meta Pixel identifiers (_fbp, _fbc cookies) used for ad measurement.

Purpose of Processing

We use your personal data to: (a) confirm your call and send joining details and reminders, (b) understand your situation so the conversation is relevant to your family, (c) respond to your enquiries, (d) send you follow-up information about our private coaching where you have consented, (e) measure and improve the performance of our ads via Meta (Facebook / Instagram) using hashed identifiers, and (f) comply with legal obligations.

Sharing with Third Parties

We share limited data with Calendly (scheduling), Meta Platforms Inc. (hashed email/phone, IP, and event data for ad measurement and optimisation), our email delivery providers, and our hosting infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. Disclosure to law enforcement happens only when legally required.

Data Retention

Booking and contact data are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Meta Pixel data follows Meta’s standard retention (up to 180 days for event data). You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act

As a Data Principal you have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you, (b) request correction of inaccurate data, (c) request erasure of your data, (d) withdraw consent at any time, and (e) nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity. To exercise any right, write to connect@familyexcellencehub.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Grievance Officer

In accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, our Grievance Officer is Abhishek Srivastava. For any complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, contact connect@familyexcellencehub.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

Cookies and Tracking

This website uses cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) to measure traffic and ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Meta’s interest-based advertising at facebook.com/ads/preferences. Disabling cookies will not break the booking flow.

Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to authorised personnel. While we take reasonable safeguards, no online transmission is 100% secure; we will notify affected users promptly in the event of a verified data breach as required by law.

Coaching Confidentiality

Anything you share with us in a coaching context — verbally, in writing, or through digital communication — remains strictly confidential and is never disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or in cases involving imminent harm. Sessions are never recorded without your request, and no testimonial uses your name or likeness without written permission.

Children

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your truth is safe here. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
